How TriTech Plus collects, uses and looks after personal information when you use this website or get in touch with us.
TriTech Plus Pty Ltd (ABN 36 684 720 063) is a managed service provider based in Toowoomba, Queensland. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean TriTech Plus Pty Ltd.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and business name (both optional), the topic you choose, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
We don’t ask for sensitive information. Please don’t include passwords, financial details or other sensitive information in an enquiry.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records some technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and running.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry
- To prepare quotes, proposals and project scopes you’ve asked for
- To provide our services if you become a client
- To keep the business records we’re required to keep
We won’t add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business, and they handle information on our behalf:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives contact form submissions. Netlify is based in the United States, and submissions may be stored there.
- Microsoft 365, which we use for email. Enquiries are received and answered through our Microsoft 365 environment.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts on this website. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
Because some of these providers are based overseas, your information may be stored or processed outside Australia. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How we look after it
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, change or disclosure. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@tritechplus.com.au.
Questions and complaints
If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
